My Story
For years, I lived from my head — chasing validation, achievements, and a version of “success” that never felt quite right. I ticked every box, yet felt disconnected, anxious, and unsure of who I really was.
Everything shifted when I began the work of remembrance — not trying to become someone new, but remembering who I already was beneath the noise. Through energy work, intuitive guidance, and deep inner reprogramming, I started shedding everything that wasn’t mine and reclaiming the truth of who I am.
That journey became the foundation of what I now teach: how to walk yourself back to your center and live from your essence.
